What new patients should know
Please bring:
- Your insurance card (or proof of coverage for privately insured patients)
- Your bonus record, if you have one
- X-rays from your previous practice, if available, this saves a new imaging appointment
Your first appointment: your first conversation with us is always just that, a conversation, not treatment. We take a look together, listen, and explain what we see. Only then do you decide how to proceed.
